1. Scope of Services

WaterBLISS provides bottled water delivery services within Hyderabad city. All deliveries are made according to the timeslot selected by the customer. No shipping is involved as deliveries are local.

2. Order Acceptance

  • Orders are accepted once confirmed by WaterBLISS.
  • Customers must provide accurate information while placing orders.
  • WaterBLISS reserves the right to reject any order at its discretion.

3. Delivery

  • Deliveries are made during the time slot selected by the customer. If same-day delivery is not available, the order will be delivered within the next 1-2 business days.
  • Orders may be cancelled up to 2 hours prior to the selected timeslot.
  • If a damaged product is delivered, it will be exchanged promptly.
  • No other returns or replacements are permitted.

4. Payment Terms

  • All payments are processed securely through the selected payment gateway (e.g., PhonePe, UPI, or other methods displayed at checkout).
  • Payment is required at the time of placing the order.
  • WaterBLISS is not responsible for any issues arising from payment gateway errors.

5. Deposit and Refund Policy

  • Security Deposit Requirement: As a condition to using the Services, the Customer will pay a refundable security deposit prior to the initial use of the Services.
  • Purpose of Security Deposit: The Security Deposit is not a prepayment of fees and will be held as security for: (a) any unpaid service fees, charges, or taxes; (b) any damage to WaterBLISS’s equipment or property beyond normal wear and tear; (c) any other amounts properly due and payable.
  • Application of Security Deposit: WaterBLISS may apply all or part of the Security Deposit to any amounts owed by the Customer and will notify the Customer if any portion is applied.
  • Cancellation of Services: If the Customer cancels services, they remain responsible for all fees incurred. WaterBLISS may deduct such amounts from the Security Deposit if unpaid.
  • Refund Timing and Method: Customers must notify WaterBLISS and request a refund within 45 days of cancellation or inactivity. Any security deposit not claimed within 45 days will be forfeited. And approved refund amount will be credited to original payment method within 7-10 business days.

7. Limitation of Liability

WaterBLISS provides services “as is” and makes no warranties regarding the services or website content. WaterBLISS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Issues caused by the payment gateway are beyond WaterBLISS’s control.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of WaterBLISS services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

WaterBLISS reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Customers are advised to review this page periodically.
